This is our new custom hd projectors dedicated heat insulation piece with polaroid polarizing piece, it is has the thermal insulation effect, also has the polarization effect, is for hd projectors customized products on the market at present, our polaroid high heat resistance, high thermal efficiency, and the polarized light insulation, the temperature on the LCD screen than without the film temperature drop 10-20 degrees, so as to protect the service life of the LCD panel under the normal temperature

In the red circle are polarizations that are baked yellow, if appear this, need to change the insulating polarizing glass,or affect watching.

This polarizing glass is new, both positive and negative protective film protection, polarizing piece also has a layer of protective film, in the test, can first remove the positive and negative protective film, install the machine to try to assemble the direction of this piece, determine the normal display image, and then remove the protective film on the polarizing piece. Complete the procedure of replacing this piece.
